DISPLAY ITEMS

We need a tent and display items.  Each sport will have their own tent for displays. It would be great to have items of interest as well as forms for volunteering to benefit the Booster Club like sign up sheets for spring concession stands, etc. Also resource materials like game schedule, maps to venues, forms for picture day for parents to already have might be a good idea. Please remember to tag your items!

AuctionA sure-fire way to raise money is to have an auction with irrestistable items! We invite you to visit our Donations page to see how you can help the Cy Creek Atheletic Booster Club by donating items that we can auction. We are putting together baskets as well as single items to appeal to everyone's interests!

Players:

coolerPlayers will be asked to donate the following:

All Freshman players – each player bring one 8 pack of 20oz bottled Gatorade, any flavor

All Sophomore players – each player bring one case 16oz bottled water (minimum 24)

Sr. & Jr. Boys – each player bring 2 dozen individually wrapped homemade or purchased cookies, brownies or cupcakes; used as the desert for the Bake Potato meals; MUST BE WRAPPED

Jr. Girls – each player bring one case 16oz bottled water (minimum 24)

Sr. Girls – balloons & ribbon in royal blue, white & silver; also provide help with the decoration committee

All drinks & deserts can be brought the day of the event, but the decoration materials need to be coordinated with the Softball Liaison before the event

We need at least 20 pop up tents, 20 folding tables and 50 folding chairs; maybe someone has a connection with their neighborhood’s Community/Club house that would lend them out; EVERYTHING NEEDS TO BE LABELED!

 

Parents:

Each sport will be responsible for donating;a theme basket and 5 additional individual silent auction items. 

Suggestions are:  

Gift certificates, travel, sports, restaurants, sports memorabilia, etc. Start now, since we only have a few weeks until the donations are needed by Jan. 30th. Having trouble thinking about what to donate?
