Hello Liaisons,

Hope you all are doing well and have recuperated from another successful Cougar Day.  The booster club could not of pulled this off with out all your efforts.  We could not of had a more beautiful day, but I think the best part of the day was the participation and attendance.   I would love to hear any feed back you have, things that we could of done or done better.  Please feel free to send me your comments.  I will include them with the "Cougar Day" binder I have put together and can be used by next year's planning meeting.  I have put together a summary of our fundraising efforts which surpassed $16,000. I created some certificates of appreciation for the bake potato committee to give to our faithful donors, many have come through for us each year with no questions asked.  If you have any contributors that would like to be recognized, please let me know and I will print them up.

Again, I really appreciate all your help and commitment in raising funds that benefit all our Cy-Creek athletes and coaches. See you all soon!

Cougar Day for Spring Sports is a day full of many special and fun events for all to enjoy from seeing our atheletes in action to enjoying our traditional Bake Potato Sale— there is no need to miss a thing! Check our Schedule of Events for what's gong on!

Booths

INDIVIDUAL SPORT BOOTHS

Each team will be given a table to market their sport. Liaisons or coaches will have a chance to provide helpful information to the parents regarding the season. At the booths you can also obtain concession stand work lists for home games (if game schedule is available).

PHOTO BUTTON BOOTH

Photo buttons of individual athletes will be made and sold on the spot.

MEDIA GUIDE BOOTH

Ads can be purchased for the Spring edition; get your spot in the guide of your player or your company for the entire school year.

COUGAR CORNER BOOTH

Purchase all your official Creek gear, like t-shirts, hoodies, blankets, hats and other great merchandise!

Tickets

This year instead of each activity being responsible for managing a money box, we will centralize the process.

Prepaid tickets will be required for the following items:

• Bake Potato Meals
• Face Painting

Concession stand sales, Cougar Corner and Silent Auction will be responsible for collecting money for their sales (money box to be provided).
